The University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to support Pediatric Neuro-Oncology and Hematology/Oncology & Stem Cell Transplantation. The APP delivers direct patient care, conducts assessments, and coordinates treatment across multiple sites with a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include obtaining treatment consent, BEACON plan application, arranging diagnostics, triaging calls, EPIC documentation, and participation in conferences and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a college or university degree from an accredited school/college.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a related job discipline.
• Current and/or eligible for State of Illinois licensure/registration; MSO credentialing.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care: assessment, treatment management, and longitudinal follow-up.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes across sites.
• Triage calls, arrange tests, document in EPIC, and communicate with inpatient teams.
• Attend conferences, workshops, and continuing education to stay current.
