We are seeking a Pediatric Nephrologist to join our expanding care team. Akron Children's Hospital is the largest pediatric healthcare system in Northeast Ohio and was recently recognized by Modern Healthcare as the fastest-growing children's hospital in the nation.
The successful candidate will join a team of three established pediatric nephrologists, diagnosing and treating children and teens with kidney-related diseases, including hypertension, urinary tract infections, nephrotic syndrome, glomerulonephritis, kidney stones, pheresis services, kidney failure, and pre/post-transplant care. Our facilities include a kidney dialysis and renal care center dedicated to pediatric patients.
Requirements include board eligibility or certification in Pediatric Nephrology and the ability to obtain an Ohio medical license.
This position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness as it is a 501(c)(3) site.
