Children's Health is seeking a Mental Health Coordinator and Milieu Therapist to join the Neuro and Psych Consult team in Plano. The role is on-site with PRN shifts, including mid or night hours, and involves administrative duties as well as patient care support.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in child and adolescent therapy preferred.
• Experience in the emergency department or psych preferred.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes ED Clinical Therapists productivity by clerical support and psychosocial care.
• Manages phone lines, faxing, documentation, medical records, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
• Coordinates and manages treatment plans with patients and families, including follow up and safety planning.
