The ideal candidate has 1-2 years pediatric nursing experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to family-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families, documenting learning needs and progress.
• Delegate tasks to team members while ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to address patient needs and plan care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with policies.
