Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health’s McLane Children’s Hospital in Temple, TX seeks an RN Pediatric Float in a full-time night schedule. You will float across Med/Surg, ED, PICU, and NICU with a strong emphasis on patient- and family-centered care in a Level IV NICU environment.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active license.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; main study nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting.
• Ability to float between pediatric specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across pediatric specialties.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement plans.
