ChildServe is seeking a Medical Childcare Assistant to support children and young adults in health, growth and skill development. You will work within nursing, therapy and education teams to implement individualized care plans during weekday hours in Des Moines.

• Provide care and treatment per individualized care plans including nursing and therapy
• Create a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes growth and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with nurses, therapists, families and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Follow procedures and perform additional duties to support program goals.
