Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior pediatric experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EKG placement and processing in children is a plus.
• Ability to obtain laboratory tests via nasal swab and venipuncture.
• Professionalism and friendly demeanor are essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations.
• Greet and register patients as they arrive.
• Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, and intake.
• Prepare patients for X-rays.
• Perform and document routine labs (throat/urine cultures; venipuncture experience preferred).
• Assist with wounds and quality control testing in the lab.
• Support patient care within the physician’s supervision and protect confidentiality.
