Job summary

Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is seeking a Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist to provide patient-centered care under clinician supervision. You will support clinical and administrative tasks, manage intake, vitals, vaccines, and documentation in a pediatric setting.

The role requires an MA diploma or equivalent experience, active BLS, and a valid driver’s license, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• MA Diploma or Certification required, or a minimum of 3 years MA experience.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Current, valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and document findings for clinician review.
• Interview patients and update medical records with chief complaints and history.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures and screenings.
• Reconcile vaccines and medications; provide information sheets.
• Perform phlebotomy and assist with lab processing as needed.
• Maintain infection control and a safe patient environment.
