Pediatric Associates Family of Companies seeks a Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist to support pediatric care under clinician supervision. This role blends clinical and administrative tasks to promote health and wellness in a pediatric setting.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, handling medical records, assisting with examinations, vaccine administration, and coordinating referrals and follow-up care. Prior MA experience and BLS certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; MA Diploma/Certification preferred.
• Active BLS certification required; valid driver’s license may be required.
• Experience with pediatric care and immunizations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform clinical and administrative duties under clinician supervision.
• Obtain vitals and document patient information accurately.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist during procedures.
• Perform vaccine administration and vaccine reconciliation.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety practices.
• Manage patient records, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
