Job summary

Pediatric Associates is seeking a Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist to support pediatric care in a busy clinic. You will perform intake vitals, document medical histories, assist clinicians with exams, and help with vaccines and patient education in a compassionate, child-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes administrative tasks, patient scheduling, and charting, while maintaining infection control and safety standards across office locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MA Diploma/Certification or at least 1 year MA experience preferred.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Current, valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and care for pediatric patients under clinician supervision.
• Perform intake vitals and update medical records with accuracy.
• Assist with vaccines, measurements and basic procedures as directed.
• Manage phone calls, referrals, and follow-up tasks to support care coordination.
• Maintain infection control, safety and cleanliness per policy.
