Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• No experience required with MA certification OR 1 year of related MA experience without certification/registration.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive patient care under supervision.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort per standards.
• Perform delegated tasks as directed by physician or RN.
• MA II/III: administer injectables and perform advanced clinical tasks; serve as a resource.
