Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for appointments with warmth and professionalism.
• Perform patient intake, obtain vitals, and assist with basic scope assessments.
• Conduct point-of-care tests and assist providers with patient care.
• Maintain infection control and prepare exam rooms.
• Manage patient check-in, insurance data, and referrals in the EMR.
• Support clinic operations with opening/closing procedures and cross-coverage.
