Job summary

Children's National Medical Center is seeking a Marketing Liaison to develop and implement strategic plans that increase referrals from community physicians in the Silver Spring area. You will collaborate with service line chiefs and specialists to strengthen relationships with referring physicians and gather market intelligence using Salesforce.

You will analyze referral patterns, drive results, and coordinate with physician practices and our operational teams to measure and improve physician

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
At least 3 years of experience in a liaison, marketing, or physician sales role in healthcare.
Familiarity with Salesforce and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase referrals from community physicians in the defined territory.
Collaborate with service line chiefs and specialists to facilitate relationships with community referring physicians.
Gather market intelligence and log activities in Salesforce; report progress to the manager in a timely manner.
Analyze referral patterns and drive results; coordinate with physician practices and operations to measure physician satisfaction trends.
