Pediatric Health Choice, a Pediatric Health Choice (PHS) company, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our pediatric care team in a structured, supportive setting. You will deliver hands-on nursing care to medically fragile children, administer medications, and support families in home-care routines as part of a collaborative team.

We offer a full-time schedule with no weekends and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Join us to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and current state licensure.
• Pediatric experience (1+ years preferred), especially with medically fragile or technology-dependent children (NICU/PICU a plus).
• Heart for children, teamwork, and passion for helping families thrive.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G-tube feedings.
• Assist RNs in implementing care protocols based on patient needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs and developmental progress.
• Respond to condition changes and communicate with physicians.
