Zusammenfassung

Pediatric Health Choice is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our pediatric care team in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule (30+ hours/week) with no weekend work and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

You will provide hands-on nursing care to medically fragile, technology-dependent children, administer medications and treatments, support families, and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and center leadership to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and current state licensure.
• Pediatric experience (1+ years) preferred, especially with medically complex children.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G-tube feedings.
• Assist RNs in implementing care plans and adjusting protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and developmental progress; document changes.
• Educate and support families on home care routines and disease management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, engaging environment for children.
