Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN for pediatric home health in Pennsylvania. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

The role emphasizes clear patient relationships, safety, and supportive team supervision. Eligible candidates may receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package in a stable, caring environment.

Formación

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• BLS CPR certification; in-person preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to homes.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

Salary:

$30.00 - $35.00 / hour
