Care Options For Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in Sayre, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on one-on-one care for pediatric patients, allowing nurses to build meaningful relationships and ensure safety with 24/7 clinical support.

The position offers stability, with a salary of $30 to $35 per hour, and a generous benefits package including PTO, medical coverage, and a sign-on bonus opportunity for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver’s license necessary.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent preferred; willing to train accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.
• Work closely with registered nurse and clinical leadership.
