Care Options for Kids is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in Pennsylvania. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care in the home, with RN oversight and clinical leadership available for support.

You'll work with pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, building meaningful relationships and delivering confident, consistent care. A sign-on bonus is available and weekly pay with benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid PA LPN license or multistate license.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
