Aufgaben

• Record vital signs, interview patient/family, and chart.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Maintain positive communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
• Oversee triage by CNAs/Phlebotomists/Medical Assistants.
• Ensure orders are directed to appropriate departments; assist with exams and procedures.
• Process authorizations and referrals in a timely manner.
• Assist with walk-in triage and interventions under the Charge Nurse.
