Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for pediatric clients in the Westmoreland area.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, family-centered care in the home setting and building meaningful connections with children and their families. This Per Diem (PRN) position offers day shifts with varying schedules, weekly pay, paid orientation, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (PA) required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor vitals.
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
