Job summary
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 20-year-old male child in Portage, PA. This full-time day shift role runs Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, offering meaningful daily patient connections in a home setting.
You will join a supportive team providing high‑quality pediatric care, with emphasis on ADLs, vitals, g-tube care, and medication administration. Your dedication helps the family feel confident and supported.
Qualifications
- Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Caring, independent, and passionate about pediatric care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Perform g-tube care/feedings.
- Monitor vitals.
- Monitor seizures.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
- Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care.
