Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Per Diem Pediatric RN for a 1:1 home care assignment in Wanaque, NJ. This Saturday overnight opportunity offers a competitive pay rate of $45 per hour and quick onboarding.

You will provide pediatric nursing care in the home and document care while coordinating with the family and clinical team. The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS, and the ability to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide proof of immunizations and/or clearance as requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home.
• Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being.
• Administer care in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
• Accurately document all nursing services provided.
• Collaborate with the family and clinical team to ensure outstanding patient care.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate opening in Wanaque, NJ. If you enjoy building strong relationships with families while delivering exceptional pediatric care, this is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Schedule

• Saturday Overnight
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay

• $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
• Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being
• Administer care in accordance with the physician's plan of care
• Accurately document all nursing services provided
• Collaborate with the family and clinical team to ensure outstanding patient care

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of influenza vaccination or an approved medical exemption
