Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is expanding its Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Fairfield County, CT.

Flexible Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts are available. Starting at $40.00 per hour with weekly direct deposit, a sign-on bonus, and referral incentives. Onboarding is fast and supportive for a rewarding pediatric home-care career.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Recent physical within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with family and care team to develop and follow care plans.
• Document care provided and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
