Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year), or chest X-ray if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in a home setting.
• Follow care plans and document patient progress with clinical team.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
