Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Netcong, NJ is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 pediatric home care. The role offers a consistent daytime schedule and a stable 1:1 caseload, with patient safety and family communication at the forefront.

You will follow the individualized plan of care, monitor the child’s condition, and document progress while collaborating with the family and clinical team. NJ-license, BLS, and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey LPN License
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Compassionate and dependable approach to care
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred

$40/Hour | 1:1 Home Care Nursing | Consistent Schedule

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN to provide individualized 1:1 pediatric home care.

CASE DETAILS

Location: Netcong, NJ

Pay: $40/hour

Care: 1:1 Pediatric Home Care Nursing

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Consistent daytime coverage is available.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide safe, compassionate 1:1 pediatric nursing care

• Follow the individualized plan of care

• Monitor and document the client’s condition

• Communicate with the family and clinical team

• Promote the client’s safety, comfort, and well-being

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Current New Jersey LPN License

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred

• Current BLS Certification

REQUIRED HEALTH & COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION

• Physical examination within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months , or chest X-ray within the past 5 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
