Job summary

Pediatric Health Choice, part of Pediatric Home Service, is a medical daycare dedicated to caring for medically fragile children in a warm, family-centered environment. We seek a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our pediatric care team and deliver hands-on nursing care in a structured, supportive setting.

This full-time position (30+ hours weekly) is based in Coatesville, PA, with no weekend shifts. We offer competitive pay and benefits and a collaborative atmosphere with therapists and center

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with current state licensure.
• Pediatric nursing experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Heart for children and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G-tube feedings.
• Assist RNs with care protocols and monitor vital signs and progress.
• Educate families on home care routines and disease management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, engaging environment for children.

• Position: Pediatric LPN
• Hours: | Full Time, 30+ hours/weekly | Part Time, 15-30 hours/week
  • No weekends, no holiday!
  • Monday - Friday

The Position: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you�ll play a vital role in a collaborative pediatric care team. You�ll deliver hands-on nursing care to medically fragile, technology-dependent, and developmentally challenged children in a structured, supportive setting

• Provide daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G-tube feedings.
• Assist RNs in implementing and adjusting care protocols based on patient needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and developmental progress.
• Respond to changes in condition and communicate observations to physicians.
• Educate and support families on home care routines and disease management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for children.
• Safely transport children (when applicable) and assist with emergency response protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and team huddles to ensure best practices in care.
• Support interdisciplinary goals by working with therapists, social workers, and center leadership.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and current state licensure.
• Pediatric experience (1+ years preferred), especially with medically fragile or technology-dependent children (NICU/PICU a plus).
