Pediatric Health Choice, a proud PHS company, seeks an LPN to provide hands-on pediatric nursing in a warm, family-centered setting in Coatesville, PA. You will participate in a collaborative care team caring for medically fragile, technology-dependent children in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and current state licensure.
• Pediatric experience (1+ years preferred), especially with medically fragile children.
• NICU/PICU experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G-tube feedings.
• Assist RNs in adjusting care protocols based on patient needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs and developmental progress.
• Report condition changes to physicians and document observations.
• Educate families on home care routines and disease management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, engaging environment for children.
• Transport children as needed and assist with emergencies.
• Participate in training and team huddles for best practices.
• Collaborate with therapists, social workers and leadership.

• Position: Pediatric LPN
• Location: Coatesville, PA
• Hours: | Full Time, 30+ hours/weekly | Part Time, 15-30 hours/week
  • No weekends, no holiday!
  • Monday - Friday

The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in a collaborative pediatric care team. You’ll deliver hands‑on nursing care to medically fragile, technology‑dependent, and developmentally challenged children in a structured, supportive setting

• Provide daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G‑tube feedings.
• Assist RNs in implementing and adjusting care protocols based on patient needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and developmental progress.
• Respond to changes in condition and communicate observations to physicians.
• Educate and support families on home care routines and disease management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for children.
• Safely transport children (when applicable) and assist with emergency response protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and team huddles to ensure best practices in care.
• Support interdisciplinary goals by working with therapists, social workers, and center leadership.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and current state licensure.
• Pediatric experience (1+ years preferred), especially with medically fragile or technology-dependent children (NICU/PICU a plus).
