Job summary

Pediatric Health Choice seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our pediatric care team. You will deliver hands-on nursing care to medically fragile, technology-dependent children in a structured, compassionate setting, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

Work alongside RNs, therapists, and center leadership to implement care plans, educate families, and support seamless transitions from clinic to home while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with current state licensure.
• Pediatric experience 1+ years preferred, especially with medically fragile or technology‑dependent children.
• Strong teamwork, compassion, and family-centered care approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G-tube feedings.
• Assist RNs in implementing and adjusting care protocols based on patient needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and developmental progress.
• Respond to changes in condition and communicate observations to physicians.
• Educate and support families on home care routines and disease management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for children.
• Safely transport children (when applicable) and assist with emergency response protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and team huddles to ensure best practices in care.
• Support interdisciplinary goals by working with therapists, social workers, and center leadership.

• Position: Pediatric LPN
• Hours: | Full Time, 30+ hours/weekly | Part Time, 15-30 hours/week
  • No weekends, no holiday!
  • Monday - Friday
