Job summary

Pediatric Health Choice in Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric care team. You will deliver hands-on nursing care to medically fragile, technology-dependent children in a structured, supportive setting.

As part of a collaborative team, you will administer medications, assist with care plans, monitor vital signs, and educate families on home care. Flexible scheduling and a compassionate, family-centered environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and current state licensure.
• Pediatric experience (1+ years preferred) with medically fragile or technology‑dependent children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G‑tube feedings.
• Assist RNs in implementing and adjusting care protocols based on patient needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and developmental progress.
• Respond to changes in condition and communicate observations to physicians.
• Educate and support families on home care routines and disease management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for children.
• Safely transport children and assist with emergency response protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and team huddles to ensure best practices in care.
• Support interdisciplinary goals by working with therapists, social workers, and center leadership.

• Position: Pediatric LPN
• Hours: | Full Time, 30+ hours/weekly | Part Time, 15-30 hours/week
  • No weekends, no holiday!
  • Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program and current state licensure.
• Pediatric experience (1+ years preferred), especially with medically fragile or technology‑dependent children (NICU/PICU a plus).
