Job summary

Children's Hospital Association in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Pediatric Learning Solutions. The role supports development and delivery of educational content while ensuring materials and systems stay accurate and organized.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate product messaging, perform QA and user experience reviews, and provide administrative support to the PLS team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge; HTML preferred.
• MS Office and Adobe Pro working knowledge.
• Minimum of three years of small project/process management experience.
• Minimum of one year of website maintenance experience.
• Minimum of one year of marketing support experience.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to update materials and web content with accuracy.
• Version and store curricula and instructor guides aligned with offerings.
• Coordinate updates to product messaging across platforms.
• Serve as product program manager tracking development milestones.
• Conduct QA testing and UX reviews of PLS products.
• Manage multiple product-related tasks and adjust timelines.
• Provide admin support: scheduling, note-taking, document management.
• Assist with survey tools (Qualtrics): survey creation, data analysis, reporting.
• Support cross-team communications for smooth execution.
