Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is seeking an Interventional Radiology professional to perform IR imaging procedures and ensure high-quality results. This role supports a multidisciplinary team and emphasizes patient safety and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-VI Certification required within two years of hire; must be maintained.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• Minimum of one year radiology, cardiac cath, or IR experience; Illinois licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Interventional Radiology imaging procedures per department standards.
• Produces examinations meeting image quality standards; submits images for interpretation.
• Verifies patient demographics and clinical data; ensures timely data entry.
• Performs quality control to ensure consistent image quality.
• Supports organizational changes and participates in multidisciplinary care.
• Adheres to radiation safety program and JC safety goals.
