Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT (R) certification; IR cross-training available.
• Illinois licensure (IEMA) required.
• Effective communication and teamwork within a care team.

Responsibilities

• Position patient and perform imaging studies with appropriate technical factors.
• Utilize radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure.
• Assist physician in imaging studies and prepare contrast media.
• Maintain equipment and 5S standards; document patient status.
