Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare intake experience; pediatric experience strongly required.
• Knowledge of CHHA program requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process pediatric referrals.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers to explain services.
• Screen pediatric patients for eligibility under the CHHA program.
