Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN license in state of practice.
• Active national board certification in area of clinical practice.
• Active DEA registration prior to hire.
• Illinois Controlled Substance License prior to hire.
• Active BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by practice.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and plans treatment for pediatric patients.
• Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies and therapies.
• Coordinates care within an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Engages in quality, safety, and professional development activities.
• Participates in education and onboarding of new staff.
