Job summary

Atrium Health’s Pediatric Infusion Center in Charlotte is hiring an experienced RN to deliver high-quality infusion care. The role involves day shifts, weekend requirements, and a focus on chemotherapy, transfusions, IVIG, and supportive therapies for pediatric patients.

Ideal candidates bring pediatric RN experience, oncology exposure, and strong IV/central line skills, with BLS, and PALS after hire. Sign-on bonus eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state in which the teammate practices.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience preferred; pediatric experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; PALS to be obtained after hire.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Proficiency in IV and central line access and management preferred.
• APHON/CPHON certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and strong communication to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
