Job summary

Atrium Health Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation Pediatric Infusion Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver pediatric oncology and infusion care. You will coordinate patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient and family outcomes.

The role requires completing an accredited nursing program, an RN license, and BLS; PALS after hire. Oncology experience and IV/central line proficiency are highly valued in this setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Registered Nurse license required by the practicing state
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Current BLS certification; PALS to be obtained after hire
• Oncology experience preferred
• Proficiency in IV and central line access and management preferred
• APHON chemotherapy/biotherapy provider status prior to or obtained after hire
• CPHON certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic patient environment and deliver high-quality care after applying evidence-based practice.
