Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Ballantyne in South Charlotte is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive care in an outpatient hematology/oncology clinic and infusion center.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience; duties include administering medications and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via the American Heart Association.
• One year of Nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
• Continuously evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes and take appropriate action.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols.
