Job summary

Avid Health at Home is seeking a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) to deliver pediatric in-home nursing care in Saint Joseph, MI, and nearby areas. You may work in homes or schools, with long-term client relationships and opportunities for stable caseloads.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, and coordinating care with the clinical team. A valid MI RN license, travel ability, and HIPAA compliance are required; flexible scheduling supports days, nights, weekends, and PRN

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the State of Michigan, in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Willingness to travel to patient sites for in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Evaluate and treat clients under RN supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide nursing services in home and school settings.
• Coordinate patient care plans and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and eMAR documentation.
