Job summary

Avid Health at Home Michigan LLC is seeking a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) to deliver pediatric nursing care in clients\' homes and school settings in Three Rivers and Constantine, MI. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and support case management with detailed documentation.

Flexible scheduling (days/nights/weekends/PRN) with competitive hourly pay and benefits for eligible full-time staff. Travel required within the service area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Michigan in good standing.
• Travel is required; valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of home care experience; one additional year in nursing, preferably hospital.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Evaluate and treat clients under RN supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Provide nursing services in home and school settings.
• Coordinate patient care plans and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in eMAR.
