Job summary

Mercy Plus Healthcare Services is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one Private Duty Nursing for pediatric clients across Michigan, delivering skilled nursing care in the home setting. RNs will work with families to implement the physician-approved plan of care and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, PRN and per-diem options with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and ongoing clinical supervision from Mercy Plus leadership.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently in home-care settings
• Strong communication with families and clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized skilled nursing care per the physician-approved plan of care
• Perform tracheostomy care when applicable and ventilator management
• Administer medications and assist with enteral feeding
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the family and care team
• Document nursing assessments and care provided
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals
