Job summary

Valley Children’s Healthcare is seeking a leader to plan, design, and manage the Imaging Division’s daily and long-term operations. You will oversee leadership, personnel management, regulatory and quality compliance, and direction for projects, processes, and system improvements as assigned by the Director.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, multiple imaging licenses, and at least five years of related experience with a minimum of three years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Licenses: CRT, RDMS, RT-R, RT-N, or CNMT as appropriate (required).
• Minimum five (5) years related experience (required).
• Minimum three (3) years management experience (required).
• Experience supervising imaging staff in PACS/CR/DR environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and manage daily operations for the Imaging Division.
• Provide leadership and personnel management for imaging staff.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance across the division.
• Direct projects, processes and systems improvements as assigned by the Director.
