Children’s Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Hospital Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing teams across shifts and ensure optimal patient placement and flow. You will coordinate staffing, collaborate with unit leaders, and triage operational issues to support high-quality pediatric care.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hospital nursing and demonstrated leadership, with MN RN license and BLS, plus experience with Cerner and bedboard systems.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota required.
• BLS certification required.
• 3–5 years of hospital-based nursing experience.
• Leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience with Cerner EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and coordinate hospital activities during shift.
• Lead nursing staff and manage resources and admissions.
• Collaborate with unit leadership and RMCs.
• Triage operational issues and liaise with on-call leaders.
• Ensure patient placement and scheduling efficiency.
