Job summary

Children’s Minnesota seeks a Resource Management Coordinator to identify unit staffing needs and finalize staffing plans in collaboration with the Hospital Nursing Supervisor. This role involves triaging staffing concerns and applying MNA contracts and SAC policies within a leading pediatric health system.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid written communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of college or secretarial science degree preferred.
• Combination of Microsoft Word and computer skills required.
• Hospital administrative experience preferred.
• 0-3 years of centralized staffing office experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify unit staffing requirements and finalize overall staffing plan.
• Collaborate with the Hospital Nursing Supervisor to problem solve staffing needs.
• Triaging clinical staffing areas of concern and alerting the Hospital Nursing Supervisor when needed.
• Utilize CTCC online MNA contracts and SAC policies.
