Job summary

Children’s Minnesota in Minneapolis is seeking a Patient Care Manager (PCM) who will lead our CVICU team in a 25-bed pediatric critical care unit, focusing on child- and family-centered care and clinically appropriate, efficient services that drive strong patient outcomes.

You will directly manage RN staff and assist in leadership of clinical support staff, with on-call rotations and a requirement for Minnesota RN licensure, BLS, and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN status with Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage RN staff and assist in leadership of clinical support staff in the CVICU.
• Ensure services are child- and family-focused, clinically appropriate and operationally efficient.
• Coordinate on-call rotations and emergent coverage as needed.
