You will monitor workflow, help schedule staff, and participate in performance considerations to improve unit results within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Two years in food service, preferably in healthcare or public facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food service operations and ensure timely service.
• Complete opening/closing procedures for the location.
• Manage inventory and prepare requisitions within budget.
• Provide input into policy and procedural development.
• Monitor workflow, schedule staff, and assist with performance reviews.
