Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing in home and school settings for medically complex children in Beatrice, Nebraska. You will assess patients, administer medications, and support families with education while following individualized care plans.
Mon-Fri 8a-4p with school-day shifts available; you will work closely with the care team to monitor progress, document accurately, and ensure a safe, child-centered environment that helps kids thrive at
Formación
- RN license in good standing with Nebraska board.
- Experience providing pediatric home health nursing.
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.
Responsabilidades
- Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
- Assess and monitor patient condition; communicate changes.
- Administer medications and prescribed therapies.
- Provide trach, ventilator, airway and G-tube care as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
- Follow individualized care plans and ensure a safe environment.
