Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is dedicated to delivering pediatric nursing in the home and school settings, supporting medically complex children to thrive in familiar environments. This role includes providing skilled nursing care, coordinating with families and care teams, and ensuring comfort and safety throughout daily care moments.

Based in Beatrice, NE, this position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm with a school-day shift from 8:00 am–11:30 am, serving children with complex

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patients condition and communicate changes with care team.
• Administer medications, treatments and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
