Pediatric Home Service (PHS) in Beatrice, Nebraska, is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide skilled pediatric care in-home and at school. You will partner with families and the care team to ensure every moment supports a child’s health and comfort.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8a–4p, with school-day shifts 8a–11:30a for client-specific scheduling. This role emphasizes safety, education, and compassionate one-on-one care for medically complex children.

Qualifications

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
