Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for a pediatric patient in the home setting in Laveen and nearby areas. You will attend school with the patient and provide contracted nursing services under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate where required by facility or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates plan of care and revises it as patient status changes.
• Applies therapeutic, preventive and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Responds to patient status changes and notifies physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents effectiveness.
