MedCare Pediatric Group is hiring a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver one-on-one therapy in home, school, and daycare settings. Flexible scheduling includes FT, PT, and PRN options to support quality patient care and work-life balance.

Qualifications include PTA program graduate, Texas PTA license (or eligibility), and pediatric experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, with mentorship and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current Texas PTA license, or eligible to obtain licensure by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide PT services under the direction of a licensed PT and plans of care.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate families on exercises, positioning, and home programs.
• Monitor progress and communicate with supervising PT.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
